## Delivery beyond the first floor

To request the accessory service, include the following in the shipment creation request:

## 12 o'clock delivery

To request the accessory service, include the following in the shipment creation request:

## Tail lift and pallet truck

To request the accessory service, include the following in the shipment creation request:

## Other accessory services

In addition to the Da Rold-specific accessory services, we also handle the following accessory services:<br>

* Floor delivery: for Da Rold this service covers delivery up to the first floor or to the basement\
  \
  Use the **al\_piano** field set to "S"<br>
* Phone booking:\
  \
  Use the **preavviso\_telefonico** field set to "S".\
  \
  In this case the courier requires the recipient's phone number, or the URL where the courier must make the booking to be given in the notes.<br>
* Porterage:\
  \
  Use the **facchinaggio** field set to true.<br>
* Tail lift:\
  \
  Use the **sponda** field set to true.<br>
* Cash on delivery (COD):\
  \
  Use the **contrassegno** field to give the amount and the **tipo\_incasso** field to give the way the courier must collect the cash on delivery.<br>

  Only the following tipo\_incasso codes are allowed:

  * Cash: 0, 12
  * Cheque made out to the sender: 10, 11, 15<br>
* Insurance:\
  \
  Use the **valore** field to give the total value to be insured.

These accessory services are handled through fields that cannot also be used for other couriers, so they must **NOT** be given inside the **darold** field, but together with the other data of the shipment creation request.

So if, for example, I request a shipment that requires the following accessories:

* Phone booking
* Porterage
* Tail lift and pallet truck

the payload will contain the following fields:
