## Specifics

* Shipments handed to this courier must leave exclusively from the address associated with the contract code in use; therefore, dropshipping shipments are not possible.
* For each shipment you must specify the date and time the goods are handed over. In the API request to the `Shipment` endpoint you must therefore set the `date_req_ritiro`, `opening_time` and `closing_time` parameters.
* The single generated shipment cannot be insured.
* You can specify the Incoterm code for the shipment. The values supported by the courier are: `DAP`, `DDP` and `EXW`. * You can request a guaranteed delivery date for the shipment using the Targofix and Targo on-site fix services. To do so, in the API request to the `Shipment` endpoint you must set the `date_req_cons` parameter. Before proceeding, we recommend checking with the courier that these services are active in your contract.
* You can request a tail lift. To do so, in the API request to the `Shipment` endpoint, you must set the `sponda` parameter to `1`.
* You can request "Hold at depot" shipments, a mode in which the goods arrive at the destination branch to be subsequently collected by the recipient. To use it, set the `fermo_deposito` parameter to `"S"` in the API request to the `Shipment` endpoint. Before proceeding, we recommend checking with the courier that these services are active in your contract.
* You can create cash on delivery (COD) shipments

## Self-booking of the delivery

This courier supports the self-booking service: the recipient will receive an email or an SMS with instructions to schedule the delivery. To enable it, set the `selfBooking` parameter inside the object dedicated to the courier-specific data (key `dachser`):

## Delivery booking

This courier supports the booking service, where the courier calls the recipient to agree on the delivery. To enable it, set the `selfBooking` parameter inside the object dedicated to the courier-specific data (key `dachser`):

## Automatic delivery notification

This courier offers the service of automatically sending delivery notifications to the recipient by email / SMS. To do so, in the API request to the `Shipment` endpoint you must set the `preavviso_telefonico` parameter, with the value "S":

## Parcel packaging type

When creating the shipment you can specify the packaging type used for the individual parcels. To do so, in the API request to the `Shipment` endpoint, set the `tipo_collo` parameter inside the parcel details to a code supported by the courier. Below is a minimal example using the value `"BAG"`:
