# Webhooks

Event notifications

Gsped can send real-time events to your systems through Webhooks, provided that a dedicated endpoint is available.

Using Webhooks lets you receive automatic notifications without having to make periodic calls to Gsped's systems, thus avoiding the risk of hitting the request throttling limits.

**Webhook types**

Gsped supports two types of Webhooks:

* **Standard Webhooks**: preconfigured notifications containing a set of predefined fields, suitable for most use cases.
* **Custom Webhooks**: tailor-made notifications built around specific needs, defined together with Gsped's technical team.
